dependence on foreign oil. This prioritization towards cleaner sources of
energy bodes well for renewables such as wind power, as discussed by the

experience in the energy industry and is widely regarded as one of the
nation’s top energy experts.
Robert Wilder, J.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Wilder is CEO & Founder of Wildershares, LLC; he is the Manager of
the WilderHill Clean Energy Index. He holds a Ph.D. from University of
California at Santa Barbara and a Law Degree from University of San
Diego School of Law. In addition Dr. Wilder is a Visiting Faculty at
University of California, San Diego.
Michael
Liebreich,
Co-Founder and CEO of New Energy Finance. Mr. Liebreich is an
experienced venture capitalist and entrepreneur focusing on the media,
technology and business services sector. Michael founded New Energy
Finance in early 2004 after a period spent researching clean energy
technologies and advising investors.
